How advertising works on Vltava Morning, and how we keep it separate from the news.

Separation
Advertising is sold by the publisher, not by the newsroom. Advertisers have no say over what we cover or how we cover it, and they never see stories before publication.
Labelling
Display ads appear in clearly marked slots. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will carry a “Sponsored” label at the top of the page and in every listing, and it will not be written by our reporters.
What we do not accept
- Political or issue-based advertising.
- Ads that imitate news stories or our design.
- Misleading health, financial or get-rich-quick claims.
- Ads for gambling, weapons, tobacco or adult content.
Personalised ads
Ads are only personalised if you agree to advertising cookies. You can change that at any time in the cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
